At Hupa<\/strong> we have developed a Lump Breaking capable of breaking down clods of feed, salts, sand, among other materials.<\/p>\n

The clods can arrive from a dosing system or manually.<\/p>\n

Its function is to crumble the lumps that form in the products due to their storage, compaction, etc. Giving it a size and appearance necessary for its subsequent treatment.<\/p>\n

We have two models of lump breakers and set for application:<\/p>\n

LUMP BREAKING FOR COARSE GRAIN<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The best option to break up lumps of material. Breaks up lumps of bulk solid material that have formed during handling or storage.<\/p>\n

Features (standard model):<\/p>\n

  • Rotor: shaft with spacers on the grinding discs.<\/li>\n
  • Distance between blades 10mm.<\/li>\n
  • External bearings on both sides.<\/li>\n
  • Shaft seal: radial seal.<\/li>\n
  • Inspection cover on each side of the casing for easy access and maintenance.<\/li>\n
  • Easy disassembly for cleaning.<\/li>\n
  • NORD direct three-phase geared motor.<\/li>\n
  • Built of painted carbon steel, galvanized or stainless steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    LUMP BREAKING FOR FINE GRAIN<\/h3>\n

    The best option to obtain the desired particle size. It crumbles the lumps of product without crushing it.<\/p>\n

    • Rotor: shaft with horizontal bar rotor.<\/li>\n
    • External bearings on both sides.<\/li>\n
    • Shaft seal: radial seal.<\/li>\n
    • Removable semi-circular sieve-holder, with removable mesh according to the desired particle diameter.<\/li>\n
    • Easy disassembly for cleaning.<\/li>\n
    • NORD three-phase geared motor.<\/li>\n
    • Made of painted carbon steel, galvanized or stainless steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      LUMP BREAKING SET WITH RAMP FOR BAGS<\/h3>\n

      Double lump breaker set with tray for bag entry. With the two teams we got:<\/p>\n

      • First: Break the large clods with the coarse grain clod breaking equipment.<\/li>\n
      • Second: With the fine grain lump equipment through the bar rotor and the lower mesh, achieve the desired granulometry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        It\u2019s made up:<\/p>\n

        • Structure with tray and folding lid for bags.<\/li>\n
        • Top opening system with quick closures and security detectors. Easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.<\/li>\n
        • Lump Breaking for Coarse Grain model DTG-400.<\/li>\n
        • Lump Breaking for Fine Grain model DTG-400, possibility to (incorporate meshes of different lights).<\/li>\n
        • Electrical panel for the 2 lump breakers with frequency variator for the lower lump breaker. (The Panel measures: 500x400x210)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
